My first Blade Show was a great experience.  I was located in the smaller room, with lots of other new makers.  I met thousands of people, including other makers, collectors, suppliers, purveyors, customers, and dealers.  Since returning from the show, I have started to meet the many requests for a left handed knife.  Special thanks to Caleb at Priority Survival for putting together a YouTube segment on his channel.

The 2018 Blade Show was a great experience for me, I could have sold every knife I had brought to a purveyor from China in the first hour of the show, but I declined that offer.  I was very nervous with the idea of my knives being put into an Art Museum in China.  My table at the show was next several great makers, including Mert Tansu with his kitchen knives, M. D. Smith with his drop point hunters, and special thanks to his wife Liz and his beautiful daughter Madelyne for helping me when my credit card reader died, and I started loosing sales.  I greatly appreciate your help!  To the collector who compared the action on my knife to an RJ Martin; thank you!  I had my doubts, until you actually pulled one of RJ's knives out of your pocket, and I could honestly compare, the two knives.  Also special thanks to Dirk Loots, whom I worked back to back with, selling knives.  Dirk is a very like-able fellow, but I did pass on the biltong meat from South Africa.  To the collectors whom, I met; I look forward to seeing all of you again, in the nearest future.

The day after returning from the show, it was back to work in the shop; with the mission of bringing to completion the left-handed knives, before the next show in five weeks.
